Park Rules and Regulations

GENERAL RULES

Welcome to Imagineering Parks. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our park Guests, please respect the following rules:

1. All persons, skins, in-game names and other items may be subject to monitoring, screening and/or security checks as the Guest logs in.
2. We reserve the right not to allow any Guest onto the Servers, and to deal with any issue or concern in such way as we consider appropriate.
3. Please show common courtesy to fellow Park Guests and our Cast Members by not using profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive or offensive behavior.
4. Proper attire, including skins and capes, must be worn at all times. Costumes may be worn by all Guests, but may be subject to approval. We reserve the right to deny admission to or remove any person wearing attire that we consider inappropriate or attire that could detract from the experience of other Guests.
5. Parents/Guardians are asked to supervise your children at all times. Guests under age 14 must be supervised by a Guest age 14 or older to use our services.
6. Access to our services depends upon the safety rules for each service.
7. Special events and tours may have different safety rules and age requirements. Be sure to check the requirements for such offerings.

Special Event Tickets and other entitlements are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, revocable and void if altered. The special event ticket must be used by the same person during its period of validity.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items may not be brought into the Parks:

1. Modded clients which allow you to download our maps, games, shows, images, sounds or any other proprietary items.
2. Other items that we determine may be harmful or disruptive.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following activities are not allowed:

1. The sale of goods or services or the display of goods or services for sale.
2. The distribution of digital materials of any kind.
3. Engaging with other Guests or impeding the operation of Characters while posing as or portraying any character in costume.
4. Engaging in any unsafe act or other act that may impede the operation of the Imagineering Parks or any part thereof.
5. Unauthorized access or entry into backstage areas or areas designated only for Cast Members.
6. Unauthorized events, demonstrations, or speeches to incite a crowd.
7. Photography, videotaping, or recording of any kind for commercial purposes without prior authorization.
8. Intentionally provoking hate or other hostile act towards Imagineering Parks or its Cast Members and affiliated servers.
9. Unauthorized solicitations of any kind, whether commercial, religious, educational or otherwise, or conducting any unauthorized commercial activities, including solicitations of money or other contributions or donations.
10. Intentionally and knowingly inflating your economy (money or token) balance can lead to a reset of your economy statistics.
11. Engaging in any unsafe act or other act that may impede the operation of the Park or any associated facility.

COMPANY RIGHTS

1. We may photograph, film, videotape, record or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of any person who enters any Park and use the same for any purpose without payment to any person.
2. We reserve the right to deny admission, or to require a person already admitted to leave a Park, without refund, liability or compensation if we consider that the circumstances so require.
3. We may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund, liability or compensation, change the operating hours of any Park or attraction, close any Park or any part of it temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to a Park, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment program if we consider that the circumstances so require.
4. Park Rules and Regulations are subject to change without notice.
